Synthetic cutting surface that is forgiving and durable, yet slightly harder than Hi-Soft. Similar in color to wood. These cutting boards are becoming increasingly popular in busy kitchens due to their durability and cost effectiveness. The material is synthetic (polyethylene) Made in Japan Care.

- Dishwasher safe Highest temperature: 70°C or 158°F
- Lowest temperature: -30°C or -22°F
- Exposure to extreme heat, boiling water and sterilizers can cause deformation or softening.
- Use bleach (about 20 minutes) to remove stubborn stains. Then wash thoroughly.
- We recommend turning the shelf every day for even wear.
