The cutting board has a significant impact on the durability of the knives, even more so than the food itself. It's affordable for its quality as it's only 0.25 inches thick, and you can just lay it over another cutting board if you want a higher cutting board surface.

- Exposure to extreme heat, boiling water and sterilizers can cause deformation or softening.
- Use bleach (about 20 minutes) to remove stubborn stains. Then wash thoroughly.
- We recommend turning the shelf every day for even wear.
